its not too bad, just weird to me. was a beautiful wall hanger but the pelt its self didn't like to be plushed. so it just looks off. it was also remounted after the from on the last mount snapped entirely off two years ago. it is mounted with no lip skin so the skin is literally glued to the form but as far as that went............pretty good LOL.

im pushing the sale forward tonight so it does not cross leslies.

I'd love to see the black coyote and that red :) I am sure they are not so awful as you say :) I kinda like mounts that aren't up to snuff- I hope I can snag one.

I get picky, alot of my customers are very picky. They see something slightly off they reject it. However most of these were personal projects or repos. I didn't want to destroy them so I boxed them up and tossed them in the garage which caused some damage.

all have forms of damage that I have to sell at lower cost over. I just fear people would take these crap works and throw them out there. I really don't want my name on them but some of these pelts I can't just lop the heads off and sell as a back hides like I normally do......they deserve a second look.

I am glad you have decided to give them a 2nd chance. My coyote was my friend's first soft mount and she is not perfect but I really love her all of the same. I think there are lots of us who do like them anyways.

I know we all can be picky sometimes and sometimes there are things that are hard to overlook. But I think your works are very nice and I know you have posted a couple of mounts that you said you felt were sub standard that I felt were excellent so it is all in the eyes of the beholder of course.

I really hope that none of them end up in the garbage if possible :)

Do you know if you are getting pictures of them soon?

FFF. I would, if I wasn't already talking to another taxidermist about their ranches. xD if they (or I) drop out then maybe. :D either way I'm curious to see them.

All of my mounts are reject/misfit mounts. I'm feeling a mighty need to steal one of yours, but unfortunately, platties aren't my thing, and I've already got two reds. ;_;

Just a regular colored one, and possibly a red if I can part with it. None are mounted, both were taken apart. The coyotes however do pretty well and can be mounted again. I just don't feel like it.

I still have my gal you mounted for me lol.. stays beside me on my bed and I wake up to her every day.

I'd kill for a good red, but I probably won't have enough for it, so I'll just oogle!

I’m thinking about posting up a Reject sale, it will be of pelts and mounts that did not make it to the lists. These are sloppy mounts that I just couldn’t get mounted up properly. Some are pelts that I could not mount, and some are pelts that I demounted and selling as wall hanger only. ALL have some form of problems that make them not perfect.

They are being offered at supply cost or Pelt cost. Pelts are offered at Minimum Cost. There are Ranch fox, 2 platinum, 1 full color red with a mounted head. A full softmount black coyote that isn’t up to standards. And misc. other stuff. I usually just destroy the pelts and sell them as parts if they don’t mount up or use them as other things. But figured since I collected a few rejects I will offer them to you guys so you can do as you please. No rules burn them for all I care!

I'm in a short need of money for my cars LOL all went to the fur market and both challengers are in the shop.......Both demanding over thousands to be completed this spring LOL ^^;
